My condo... not dead yet!
My realtor called me with new of a new program that will work with HUD condos and FHA financing. Of coarse like anything else it's not a sure thing, but this new program makes an exception for what killed the last financing attempt. Now I have to sit and wait for 3-6 days to hear back, but I should hear an answer by then. I'm not out of time yet, there's a small glimmering amount of hope.
