allow me to start off by saying ''O HOLY CRAP, I'M BUYING A CONDO'. so i finally found a condo that will work for me and so far i'm just waiting on closing. tomorrow is the inspection, the first time my parents will see it, my dad thought i was crazy putting in a winning bid for the condo with out even seeing it. there weren't even photographs posted of the kitchen or bathroom, all i knew was where it was and how big it was. i recognized the building and i used to walk my dog by just to stare at the building so i put in my bid biting my fingernails the whole time.
this dream condo of mine is a one bed, one bath, 2 walk in closets, and a walk in pantry with an average bathroom and a tiny kitchen and all the character at the turn of the last century. now it's really just two big rooms, and a fireplace, the kitchen is functional but missing cabinets, so now my brain is filling with ideas and inspiration for transforming this condo into my home. it definitely needs some love, and i am more than happy to shower it with love.

boy howdy, i want to cover the walls in damask and stripes. mmmmmmmm........
