back to renting

i gave up buying, it was raking me over the coals, and a fight my heart just wasn't in by the end, so i decided to focus on art and being creative so the plan was to move into a studio my friend was moving out of. a warehouse studio she was also using for art gallery showing, and now it's been a month and i'm still working on it and rather pissed, well angry since someone trespassed (came through a door i was told locked from both sides but nope just didn't allow me through they came through while i wasn't there) and pissed in my unit. gah i wish my saving wasn't mostly wasted on fixing this space and before there on housing inspections and other costs in a house hunt otherwise i'd buy a travel trailer or some small tow-able living thing outright and just see how far i could make it in that. not far since gas is pricey but somewhere.
