allow me to start off by saying ''O HOLY CRAP, I'M BUYING A CONDO'. so i finally found a condo that will work for me and so far i'm just waiting on closing. tomorrow is the inspection, the first time my parents will see it, my dad thought i was crazy putting in a winning bid for the condo with out even seeing it. there weren't even photographs posted of the kitchen or bathroom, all i knew was where it was and how big it was. i recognized the building and i used to walk my dog by just to stare at the building so i put in my bid biting my fingernails the whole time.
this dream condo of mine is a one bed, one bath, 2 walk in closets, and a walk in pantry with an average bathroom and a tiny kitchen and all the character at the turn of the last century. now it's really just two big rooms, and a fireplace, the kitchen is functional but missing cabinets, so now my brain is filling with ideas and inspiration for transforming this condo into my home. it definitely needs some love, and i am more than happy to shower it with love.

when i speak am i mute?

i keep hearing the information i speak out coming back to me. i'm tired of biting my tongue while i want to scream I KNOW! i know there is a problem and there was a miss-communication now that is why i've been calling people to try and find help and i just keep getting the same answers.
in the big picture it doesn't really matter just makes me frustrated. i also am left kind of wondering if they are talking to me this way because i am a young, single woman? i hope not, but i have stated the problem, given updates and information which is promptly ignored and then they come back with the same damn information asking if i knew that. oh well, inhale.
i'll be moving before the month is up somewhere... not sure where... we have some information and inquiries into the seller see what we can do and if she turns all our ideas down then i'm giving up for now, packing up and moving back to a studio apartment. i want a back yard for my dog, but at this point i'd rather take a step back and work towards a conventional loan, so i don't have to settle. i was hoping this would be my last move for quit some time because i do really enjoy my antique furniture and want to collect more but maybe i should liquidate and live on the move with minimal belongings. i could move back home with my parents for a while... freeing up a lot of income to save... and bonus they have a back yard for my dog.
i'm hoping for the best but even the worst case scenario isn't that bad... just a little sad.
